Refund Policy
Valenti Matchmaking provides customized concierge matchmaking and relationship consulting services. Because these services are personalized and begin quickly after enrollment, refunds are limited as described below.
1. Initial Cancellation Window
Unless a signed client agreement states otherwise, a client may request cancellation within three calendar days of signing the agreement and submitting payment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to matchmaking@valentiinternational.com. If a written cancellation request is received within this three day period, Valenti Matchmaking will review the request and process any eligible refund according to the signed agreement and the status of services already started.
2. After the First Three Days
After the initial three calendar day period has passed, fees are generally nonrefundable. This is because the service is customized, the onboarding process begins promptly, and professional time is committed to profiling, review, vetting, sourcing, scheduling, and client guidance.
3. Profiling, Vetting, and Administrative Work
Any intake, profiling, vetting, administrative, or onboarding work that has already been performed is considered part of the contracted service value. This may include welcome materials, team review, onboarding calls, personal history review, guidance, and client profile development.
4. No Guarantee of Match or Outcome
Valenti Matchmaking does not guarantee a match, relationship, engagement, marriage, or any other personal outcome. Refunds are not issued simply because an introduction did not lead to a relationship, because a client had different expectations about timing, or because a specific outcome was not achieved.
5. Partial Refunds and Credits
Partial refunds and service credits are generally not offered once the agreement is in progress. In rare circumstances, the company may review a client concern and offer a discretionary resolution, settlement, or hold based on the specific facts of the file. Any such resolution is voluntary and does not create an obligation to offer the same outcome in another matter.
6. Holds and Exceptional Situations
If a client becomes temporarily unavailable because of illness, travel, or another serious circumstance, Valenti Matchmaking may place the service on hold when appropriate and when consistent with the client agreement. A hold is not the same as a refund.
7. Renewals and Additional Terms
Renewals, extensions, and additional service periods may involve a separate fee and a separate written agreement. Unless the client has separately authorized an installment or recurring billing arrangement in writing, services do not automatically renew for additional charges.
8. How to Request Cancellation or Raise a Concern
Clients must submit cancellation requests and refund related concerns in writing to matchmaking@valentiinternational.com. Clients are encouraged to contact the company directly before initiating a payment dispute so the parties have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
