Valenti Finds Entrepreneur That Provides Equestrian Clothing

Ever wonder who provides men’s equestrian attire and equipment to the Saudi royal family members or the heirs to the Hermès empire? Enter Pierre Guibert, the name often affiliated with quality equestrian clothing and leather goods.

In a profile published in Women’s Wear Daily, Guibert describes how he established his business in 1995 at the age of 27 and operates a boutique on Paris’ fashionable Avenue Victor Hugo as well as retail counters at Harrods in London and at Mitsukoshi in Tokyo.
He carries products for man and horse, including everyday and equestrian clothing, silk scarves and ties, jewelry, saddles, bridles, bits, crops, brushes, and grooming accessories. Guibert created his own luxurious brand by using only fine leathers and constructing a workshop in France that builds bridles and saddles utilizing natural leather that has been tanned for a year to improve softness and stability.
An avid rider (he’s up at 6:00 am everyday to get a ride in before work), Guibert comes from a long line of horsemen; his grandfather was a cavalier at the venerated Cadre Noir in Saumur who seems to have instilled a strong connection with horses.
